Abstract
This article explores the processes by which students become entrepreneurs, with a research project that focused on team-based learning in which self-guided student teams worked through business venture scenarios. As part of this immersive approach to a 'real business venture', invited established entrepreneurs and other business facilitators acted as mentors for the student teams.
