Abstract
Xian Zhe established the use of biomarkers for early disease detection in farmed L. calcarifer. This study established blood reference intervals, evaluated transport-induced stress, characterized fish gut microbiome, and monitored pathogen dynamics using environmental DNA. The findings provide critical insights into health monitoring and disease management in L. calcarifer aquaculture.
