Abstract

Taking Vietnam as the case study, Hanh Nguyen explored a process channelling tertiary institutions’ responses to a changing hospitality environment. Findings from this study clarified the required steps and responsibilities of different stakeholders to produce industry-informed hospitality curriculum, as well as to ensure effective industry-university collaboration to enhance graduates’ employability.
