Abstract

Daniel González-Paredes examined impacts caused by plastic ingestion on green sea turtles in Uruguay. Highlighting Uruguay as a hotspot, registering the highest plastic accumulation among juvenile turtles, in which soft plastics led to fatal intestinal obstructions.
