Abstract

Kelly Condon studied the management of Betanodavirus infections in grouper. She obtained genome sequence from three strains of virus that were associated with the disease, viral encephalopathy and retinopathy in tropical marine aquaculture species. Kelly tested two vaccine formulations and a dsRNA construct as preventative therapies to prevent disease.
