Abstract

Jonathan Barton studied the Acropora-eating flatworm (AEFW). He found this coral parasite on corals of the Great Barrier Reef, and investigated management tools for this pest in coral aquaculture. His methods are used in industry and at the National Sea Simulator for treatment and prevention of AEFW infestations.
