Abstract
As part of the New Staff Start-Up (SoTL) grant, a research and learning initiative has been designed in course MGTS3611: Working in Teams that revolved around team work and a business product project. This is a project in the course done in collaboration with Young Achievement Australia (YAA) which is a national, independent, not-for-profit organization that facilitates business programs between industry and young Australians. This project challenges students in a competitive business situation, assisting in the development of employability skills and key competencies.
