Abstract

The West Cape York Marine Park (WCYMP) in Queensland is one of eight marine parks in the North Network of Australian Marine Parks. Much of its inshore waters lie within Angkamuthi Sea Country, making it a region of both ecological and cultural significance. Between 3-12 December 2024, benthic habitats and fish communities across the WCYMP and inshore waters were surveyed aboard the MV Tropic Paradise.
