Abstract
Si Yan Ngoh investigated the nutritional and energy requirements of Malabar snapper to formulate a nutritionally optimised and cost-effective feed. Although the tailored feed developed is more expensive than commercial feeds, it significantly reduces overall production costs by improving fish growth rates and feed conversion efficiency.
