Abstract

Rachel Neil investigated co-culture applications to enhance ex situ coral aquaculture. She identified suitable grazers to control fouling in different stages of recruit grow-out and explored underlying biochemical and microbial impacts of schooling fish on coral growth and health. Her results are being used to inform mass coral propagation efforts.
