Abstract
This conference paper explores the application of brain‑computer interface (BCI) technologies for real‑time monitoring of user engagement in workplace and training environments. The work examines how neural signals can be captured and analysed to assess attention, cognitive load, and engagement, providing objective measures to support human factors research and performance optimisation. The approach highlights the potential of BCI‑based monitoring to enhance training effectiveness, safety, and human‑machine interaction by enabling data‑driven insights into human engagement and behaviour.
