Abstract

Technology continues to play an important role in the facilitation of teaching in higher education. However, the speed of advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and the ability of AI to integrate into various aspects of student learning have resulted in institutions playing catch-up in deciding how best to use AI. Within the business school and its myriad of disciplines, this brings to attention the need for a better understanding and coordination of the implementation of AI. Using an autoethnographic approach, this chapter aims to shed light on the impact of AI across different business subjects in universities and provides strategic directions for the effective implementation and research of AI for business faculty educators.
