Abstract
Gillian Knott has designed, delivered and evaluated the first Australian online training program for community pharmacy preceptors, who supervise JCU students during experiential placements. Her research has positively impacted preceptor behaviour, confidence levels and communication skills as they perform the important role of linking theory to practice for our students. This purpose-built preceptor training program will improve student placement experiences and ensure the quality of our graduates.
