Abstract

[Extract] In the world of organised work manpower training involves the provision of facilities and opportunities for people to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to perform the jobs for which they are employed. These days, if events in countries of various levels of economic and social development are taken into account, the provision of these facilities and opportunities to the involuntarily unemployed and the potential employees from the traditional sector must be included in the overall process of manpower training.
