Abstract
Lucille Pedersen compared age-related changes to bone macro- and microstructure in Thai and Australian populations. She found significant inter-population differences that suggest accuracy of age estimation will be impacted using current techniques. Her results will benefit forensic anthropologists and bioarcheologists in developing new population specific age estimation methods.
