Abstract

[Extract] Over the past years, an increasing number of papers on the topic of job crafting have been submitted to Personnel Review. In this themed issue we have brought together seven papers that focus on different aspects of job crafting. We provide some context to the job crafting literature, introduce the papers and identify key features emerging in the literature. Building on the papers in this special themed issue we explore some potential future areas of research in this important topic.
