Abstract
Ramona Brunner investigated the molecular processes involved in coral recruitment. She shortlisted nine receptors and components of the molecular signalling pathways potentially involved in the initiation of larval settlement. Her results form the basis to improve recruitment of coral larvae for reef restoration and aquarium trade.
