Abstract
Matthew Campbell assessed the ecological risk posed to chondrichthyans (sharks, rays, and chimeras) by a trawl fishery in southern Queensland. The fishery was found to pose low risk to 46 of the 48 species assessed. The results are being used to demonstrate the fishery is not adversely affecting chondrichthyan populations in the area assessed.
