Abstract
This document provides an example of a summary report provided to a New Zealand school for self-review purposes. The document is one of 320 such documents provided to schools across several nations over the past two decades. The information provided by the completion of the on-line survey, the Science Curriculum Implementation Questionnaire (SCIQ), is used as a foundation in furthering the improvement of science curriculum delivery at this particular school. I believe the information provides a valuable platform for staff discussion and ongoing school development. Principals are encouraged to discuss the information presented in this document, in particular the information gathered from the SCIQ, with staff collectively as a foundation for systematic inquiry.
