Abstract
[French] Longtemps conn us sous le nom d' 'atmospherics', les elements combines de l' environnement physique de la prestation de service sont maintenant examines en tant qu'elements du Servicescape. Nous proposons une serie d'hypotheses derivees de la litterature ainsi qu'une methodologie specifique pour etablir de facon concluante l'influence du Servicescape sur la perception de risque par les consommateurs de services.
[English] Once known under the name of atmospherics, the combined elements of the physical environment of service delivery are now conceptualised as part of the Servicescape. In this paper, we propose a series of hypotheses derived from the literature as well as a specific methodological approach to establish the influence of Servicescape on the perception of risk by service consumers.
