Abstract

Three new cave dwelling species of the Australian endemic cockroach genus, Neotemnopteryx Princis (Blattellidae), are described. All three species, N. braesensis, N. undarensis and N. baylissensis were collected from basaltic larva tube cave systems in northern Queensland. A revised key to the 14 described Neotemnopteryx species is included.
