Abstract

Rana Dadpour examines the experiences of migrants in Cairns, Queensland, revealing how socio-spatial contexts and community dynamics shape their urban navigation. Through episodic narrative interviews and qualitative GIS, the study challenges traditional views of regional liveability, advocating for inclusive, place-based approaches in regional development and urban planning.
