Abstract
Li Li Poh investigated Singaporean youth drug users’ and non-drug users’ attitudes towards illicit drugs through three studies. The first quantitative study validated the Singapore Youths’ Drug Attitudes Scale. The second quantitative study examined the factors that influenced drug attitudes among Singaporean youths. The third qualitative study examined youths’ attitudes towards drugs, reasons for drug use, and preventive education. This research advanced youth drug research and informed preventive drug education for youths in Singapore.
