Abstract

Michelle Tan investigated the impact of an adapted Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) program through three studies that recruited both service users and service providers. The treatment was found to improve difficulties with emotion regulation, with participants reflecting on the usefulness of DBT skills. Specific contextual barriers to implementation were identified.
