Abstract
Matias Barenboim aimed to enhance the effectiveness of phage therapy in treating Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in dogs with otitis externa. The best source of phages to produce cocktails with a high number of different phages in the formulation was identified. Through in-vitro tests, the optimal number of phages in the formulation was demonstrated. Moreover, the storage conditions that best suited JCU laboratories were determined.
