Abstract

Beatriz Diaz-Guijarro investigated the gene expression changes during regeneration and bleaching in Heliofungia actiniformis. She found that there were gene expression patterns not previously documented present in both regeneration and heat stress related bleaching. Results could be used to initiate improved efforts against coral bleaching in the Great Barrier Reef.
