Abstract

[Extract] A 59-year-old woman, with Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group grade 0, was referred for radiation therapy for a clinical T3 adenoid cystic carcinoma of upper trachea following maximal surgical debulking. She initially presented to her primary physician with history of shortness of breath on exertion, chronic cough, and exertional stridor.
