Abstract

Selene investigates Entrepreneurial Cross-Cultural Capabilities (ECCCs) and their importance in SMEs' internationalisation. It finds that ECCCs, which include personal traits, business functions, and strategic elements, are critical for navigating diverse cultural and business contexts. The research extends Cultural Intelligence (CQ) theories, enhancing SME strategies for global market success.
