Abstract
We live in a culture of speed. Quick, fast and instantaneous times, it seems, has penetrated and overcome much of our social, political, economic and personal lives. This chapter seeks to understand more about those who choose to slow down, and adopt newer lifestyles and what this means for the city in the future.
