Abstract
Jenifer Darr explored the application of quality management systems and accreditation of Australian Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations. The research found that cultural considerations of quality, sustainability and efficiency must be better incorporated into accreditation processes to allow these boutique businesses to grow.
