Abstract
Sarah Sutcliffe examined the impacts of COVID-19 on coastal communities in Kenya, PNG and St. Lucia. She found that the impacts were dependent on context-specific factors including the structure of local food systems and individuals' adaptive capacity. Her work has informed local government and NGO responses to the pandemic.
