Abstract
Pat Field investigated access to cardiac rehabilitation (CR) in rural and remote areas of North Queensland. She found that understanding, provision and access to CR were inadequate and proposed a Heart: Road to health model to address these issues. The results are being discussed with Queensland Health, Indigenous and community organisations.
