Abstract

Sam Hughes investigated growth factors in Diabetic Foot Ulcers. He found a growth factor, with no recorded involvement in Diabetic Foot Ulcers previously, increases with treatment and is tied to insulin use. This study could develop better therapeutics for Diabetic Foot Ulcers and drive further research.
