Abstract

[Extract] Ethnicity and Inequality in China is rich with detailed statistical analysis and clear, insightful findings. The three editors deserve praise, as the book reads more like an authored than an edited volume. Each chapter makes a solid contribution to the overall goals of the book, engaging with the existing literature prior to providing the chapter author’s own information, analysis, and key findings.
