Abstract
[Extract] To the Editor, Lacrimal canaliculitis is a rare medical condition, commonly undiagnosed or misdiagnosed for long periods of time in up to 60% of patients. It is an infection of the canaliculus of the lacrimal drainage system, often symptomatic with chronic tearing of the eye and irritation in the medial portion of the infected eyelid.
