Inter and intra-national spread, lockdowns, critical illnesses, fatalities, economic downturns, vaccinations. Testing government health systems to the core in containing the spread. Many have lost relatives and friends. I have lost a friend in the UK and a relative in Fiji from Covid-19 complications
