Abstract

Moore sued Scenic Tours after a European river cruise was hampered by poor weather and was therefore was not the trip of a lifetime Scenic Tours had advertised. Since Scenic Tours had not warned passengers of the potential weather problems and offered refunds for cancellation it was liable in damafges for disappointment.
