Research Background This is the outcome of a project between the International Coral Reef Initiative and the United Nations Environment Program looking at Reef restoration science
Research Contribution Based on a ICRI and UN study funded by AIMS, this is a grey literature version on a larger study Mapping Current and Future Priorities for Coral Restoration and Adaptation Programs found here:
Research Significance It provides a plain english version of what is a very complex socio-economic and marine science field. It also offers support to the United Nations Environment Program Ecosystem Restoration decade. This special issue was commissioned by the United Nations.
