Abstract

This licensing course is open to Dentists, Dental Academicians, Oral Health Therapists and Hygienists, and Dental Assistants (with Certificate IV in Dental Assistance Radiography – copy required). Candidates can register for either one or both of the above courses. The Cone Beam licensing course will be held in the afternoon. There are a total of 12 CPD Points on offer - 6 for each course. There will be practice sessions for both the courses and practical demonstration on a live patient or mannequin. An open book examination is set for both courses (30 minutes each) and will be marked by Dr Amar Sholapurkar. The examination is for those who wish to obtain their licenses. Delegates who already have their licenses can still appear for the course and obtain 12 CPD points. The open book written examination is optional.
