Abstract
[Extract] A 28-year-old Caucasain woman from a remote community in Far North Queensland Australia was admitted to hospital for assessment of functional decline. 14 years previously, she had developed symptoms of progressive muscle weakness, weight loss, and diffuse skin thickening.
