Abstract

'Dare to Make Change' is a New Zealand community-based programme designed to help the youth at risk to gain control over their lives. The participants of this programme are invited to join after coming to the notice of police or as a result of concerns registered by their teachers or parents because of exhibition of their serious behavioral problems for a long time.
