Abstract
大学内涵的诠释是一个历史的沉淀和演变的过程。大学内涵建设既要沿袭传统，又要符合时代特征，更要符合国情和校情。中医药大学的内涵建设既与其他类型大学有相似的普遍特征，也有其独具的个性特点。全球经济和科技的一体化必将带来高等教育的国际化和全球化，因此 ，中医药大学的国际化发展必然成为其内涵建设的重要组成部分。内涵建设是中医药大学国际化战略的前提和保障，国际化战略是中医药大学内涵建设的任务和延伸，两者互相促进，互相提高，相辅相成，相得益彰。关键词：中医药大学；内涵建设；国际化战略
The interpretation of university connotation has experienced a historic and dynamic process. The construction of university connotation should meet the needs not only of the era, but also of the situations of a nation and a university in particular. The construction of TCM universities not only shares the universal features of other types of universities, but also possesses the unique characteristics of their own. The integration of the global economy and sci-tech will surely bring the internationalization and globalization of higher education in this new era. Consequently, the development of TCM universities’ internationalization will necessarily become an important part of the connotation construction of these universities. The connotation construction provides the premises and the guarantees for the strategy of TCM universities’ internationalization. Meanwhile, the internationalization strategy is the tasks and the extensions of the connotation construction of TCM universities. The connotation construction and the internationalization strategy of TCM universities will enhance each other, promote each other, complement each other and benefit each other.
