Abstract
This document seeks to give an overview of the key measurement and conceptual considerations for creating a performance evaluation framework based upon the quadruple outcomes, summarise the approaches currently being taken to measuring each outcome, and make a series of recommendations as to how the outcomes should be measured by the North Queensland Primary Health Network.
