Abstract
The nutritional characteristics of four Desmanthus accessions indicate that these Desmanthus accessions offer a valuable feed resource for livestock. Leaves with leaves and seeds having high DMD and Nitrogen levels and stems and pods having relatively good values. Leaf material had a mean of 3.2%N and a mean in sacco DMD of 71.7%.
