Abstract
The objective of this research is to investigate the causes of 4 emotions: happiness, anger, fear and sadness at the employees' workplace. The sample included 249 employees in a textile company in Thailand. The instrument used in this research was questionnaires. Results showed that the causes with the highest frequency related to the 4 emotions included happiness when there was good relationship with their colleagues, anger when there was no cooperation from their colleagues, fear when making a mistake whilst working, and sadness when being blamed by their colleagues.
