Abstract

In this paper, using the multiple linear regression method we built the cobweb model and gray to forecast a model based on the national real estate data and reasonable assumptions, were built to our country real estate industry trend analysis and sustainable development model, and the model is calculated and analyzed, and the results with the t inspection and F inspection test validation rationality, then give the reasonable explanations and suggestions.
