Abstract

A physical model about a solar air collector has been constructed, the thermal preformance of the collector has been analysed, an experiment has been done. The present paper compare the data of experiment with theoretical analysis. Study proves that the efficiency of solar air collector will increase when the mass air flow increase, the efficiency of solar air collector varies from 38. 0% to 74. 6% when the mass air flow varies from 0. 01348 kg/m2 to 0. 04621kg/m2, the air temperature rise varies from 29. 0oC to 13. 4oC.
