[English extract] "An imprint - contact with the original, or a loss of it? Manifestation of the authenticity of presence (as a process of contact) or revelation of a loss of uniqueness that could make the original reproducible? Is it unique or a reproduction? Is it closer to an aura or a series? Resemblance or difference? Identified or unidentifiable? Choice or chance? Desire or mourning? Form or formless? Familiar or unfamiliar? Contact or distance? I would say that an imprint is a 'dialectical image' that unites all these things. It 'makes us reevaluate certain notions of time. Often instinctively, these notions make us clutch steadfastly to the 'current situation' of the discussion of esthetics."
