Abstract

In response to increasing global demand for information about redclaw crayfish, and in view of the diversity of sources which contain this information, a comprehensive bibliography was prepared. It includes 270 references comprising popular and scientific articles, mostly published since 1986, and a variety of unpublished reports and notes. While redclaw originates from Australia, interest in its cultivation has spread across many parts of the world, and information is being generated from all continents. This bibliography represents this global perspective and provides a useful historical record of the early developments with redclaw crayfish and its cultivation.
