Abstract

[Extract] This book is timely for an international audience, as policy makers and practitioners in many countries seek effective responses to the needs of young people exiting out-of-home care in restrained fiscal human service environments. It is about the solutions to be found in the policy and practice arena, not solely about the problem albeit succinctly and convincingly outlined in the introduction.
